The enemy dealt a terrible blow to the center of Belgorod, children killed, black smoke was over the city
Governor Gladkov: “The Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the center of Belgorod. According to preliminary information, there were two dead children and injuries. There was also a hit in the residential sector.”

Russian publications write that 4 people have already died..
EDIT: In Belgorod, due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 9 adults and 1 child were killed, 45 people were injured, 4 of them were children - the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
