Russia: -That Moscow secures the country's (Ukraine's) "demilitarization", "denazification" and neutrality" as per Russia's 14th Dec 2023 Statement. (Reuters) (NB : There has been no mention of the Minsk 2 Agreement)
Even though the objectives of both parties may be in conflict, negotiations (reinforced by temporary ceasefires ) can tease out these differences and at least agree on compromises at the margins , IMO.
