Dodgy website?! Foreign Policy is a benchmark now. I see. The same Foreign Policy that said Ukraine was defeated almost 2 years ago. The same Foreign Policy that said that the western sanctions will bring Russia’s economy to its knees in 6 months etc. Everybody can have an opinion as you suggested.

One of the fellows at the Cato Institute, the ex Chairman and CEO of the organisation has an impressive reputation. I would tend to agree with his opinion, because it’s backed by success.
