Putin didn't want to take any territory in 2014 negotiations and again in March 2022, negotiations would have given some independence but still federally part of Ukraine, I think to Donbass, maybe others here know better, but I think mineral reserves would have remained owned by Ukraine, and you are being disingenuous Osi, as you already know this.
