we can't compare currencies so easily unfortunately as Germany uses the Euro and other economies also impinge ....however Germany is the biggest economy in EU and the Eur ius fairly strong against the US$ contrasting with russian rouble (rubble ) extreme weaknes where a roube worth a touch more than 1c US .
but ....continue trying to defend your beloved putin and russia , their very evil ways and their weak exonomy .....if you imagine you can ......
