Wanted man in both Kiev and Moscow, super ambitious Alexei Arestoevych is promoting his own agenda of a Slavic empire with some backing from Dugin camp and a few Ukrainian nationalists. However he stays away from both camps living in the safe haven of USA, sure to get a bullet in the head if returns. Arestoevych is trying to milk former Russian oligarch Khodorkovsky and even Elon Musk with partial success but with his ever changing ideologies, none of them seem to be keen in backing him. Alexei theories probably may have had merit before Feb 22 but with inhumane acts of violence by Russians in Ukraine may have pushed Ukrainian Russian unification a few centuries in the wrong direction.
