    The stats you quote for 2023 are actually YTD Oct 23
    with the remaining 2 months being forecasts.

    lets wait until the final 2023 tote is done and confirmed..eh..
    because there has been conflicting reports/forecasts

    And by the way the drone attacks on shipping in the Red Sea
    has sent up the price of Oil and Gas which will adversely
    impact Germany but benefit Russia ...that is if you are into forecasting...?
