Blackmail (is that allowed in EU rules) Are the EU commissioners corrupt?
The blackmailer intends to use the threat (withhold budgeted funding) to coerce the victim (Hungary) into complying with the demand (to vote for Ukraine war funding).
You say that the boot is on the other foot and that means that under EU rules is it ok to send budget cash to payout wanna be dictators to get things done politically.
Maybe none of this is blackmail and Hungary met the conditions but if Hungary did not meet the conditions and got paid out anyway where does that leave rule of law?
