40% budgeted for tyhe war but it will actually be a lot higher than that .

2.putin attacked Kyiv and wanted Odesa ,Kherson ,Kharkiv- putin wanted (WANTS) all of Ukraine - Ukraines defense of their homeland against a much bigger more weaponised invader has been quite successful considering 80% of it is still free of the rusisan cancer .

3.No money going from the US at present and LLoyd Austin is nothing to do with Ukraine who run their own defense .
