Biden is claiming genocide. It's up to him to prove it. Which he hasn't, because he can't.
Biden's claim is a lie and trivializes the holocaust which was part and parcel of the Nazi's genocidal war against the USSR.

But there is a sinister purpose to Biden's lying which is to try and prepare public opinion for direct and open US/NATO war against Russia.
