1. not what I believe - russia didannexe the land so goes beyond my opinion to observed fact

2. you are attempting deliberately misrepresent again - russia had 8% before they started so have gained only 10%of Ukraine in 2 years
they have not acquired any of the four oblasts they claimed - they have not ousted Zelensky - they have not demilitarised Ukraine

nor have they taken Odesa or Kyiv ....I believe they wanted all of Ukraine but they were certainly aiming for those two and admitted it .

russia having gains over that period of time but completely failing in their objectives , particularly in the context of the huge cost to russia in so many ways , IS NOT WINNING !
