Correct. This article from reputable National Interest ( founded by (Nixon)  just confirms what many have been saying all along. Ukrainians gave their  best in 2022, but it has stalled significantly for them. In December of 2023, Russia ended up with more than 200sq kilometers of territory  than they held in January of 2023, despite a much anticipated Ukrainian counter offensive. The only way to end this is a negotiated agreement based on the realities on the ground. Sooner rather than later.
