They are responsible for millions of civilian deaths, 10's of millions being displaced as a result of their interventions.
They run a whole "torture" industry, off-shoring it to remote clandestine locations, kidnapping people left right and center and putting them through the torture mill. Just to make sure that they're not a terrorist
