Worse off for who?

In two full years of attacking Ukraine Putin has lost 54% of the occupied land he held at the start of these 2 years and in the process has lost hundreds of thousands of troops, tens of thousands of vehicles destroyed, and his Balck Sea fleet has been humilated into retreat by a country with no navy. On the Putin's home economic front he has hortages of electricity, heating, basic foods, inflation running very hot, spending through the roof, revenue through the floor.

All of this is only getting worse for Putin.

"The longer this war goes on. The worse off the country will be." - This applies more to Putin's Russia than Ukraine.
