Clearly Europe/ Ukraine are in a realsitic balancing act with Russia, need supplies, changed the market dynamics long term to bring other countries into equal competition, at the smae time maintain some leverage to rachet up further grief to Russia. As you say Russia is heavily dependent on relatively high production cos LNG going into Europe. That is a card.
