Fact is Russia wanted a truce to rearm, keep the land they had taken, "denazify" the population ie massacres same as they killed 20,000 supposed Nazi civilian in mariopul the most Russian city and "demilitarization" ie leaving Ukraine defenceless. Oh and zelenski never agreed to any of that
