The main issue for 2024 is whether the US Congress will pass funding for Ukraine, the $60B.

Personally, I don't think they will. Trump and Republican will be fully aware this was the Biden/Blinken/Nuland/Sullivan proxy war.

And if it (the war) goes badly, the Republican will take both houses. The calculus is: Biden and the Democrats will be crushed in the 2024 election.

The Republican and Trump don't want to be responsible for the mess in 2025. So they will probably let Biden and Democrats take the blame in 2024 for their proxy war.

Biden and the Democrats knows this.

Its why he dangled the possibility of seizing the Russian frozen forex reserves, but if he did this, he would destroy the US economy, as the Chinese, Saudis, Middle Eastern countries and others will pull their reserves from the US; causing the USD to collapse.

IMHO, we will see lots of dramas in the next few months. But in the end, they will let Ukraine (Eastern part) fall and fortified Nato states bordering Ukraine.
