Maybe Hamas should have put half a brain together before attacking a defenceless dance party knowing there would be a retaliation and that all Hamas tunnels and weapons were blended with hospitals and other civilian infrastructure.

You do realize that the Ukrainians have adopted terrorist tactics, and are stashing ammo, hiding troops, weapons and equipment in all of the locations that you've mentioned?
Absolute rubbish, why would Ukraine keep troops and equipment in Kyiv and other central Ukranian cities and towns many 100s of km from the front when they are needed in the east to push out the invaders.

Well that's fairly easy, the apartment blocks are always hit at night when families are sleeping, thankfully the air raid sirens give most residents enough warning to evacuate but there is always the old and infirm that can't make it out and those who think its not my turn this time I will just stay put. There was the rail station where the clock was clearly stopped just before 8am when the morning commuters and school children were congregating, then the shocking kindergarten strike was obviously during the day because there were bits of kids splattered all over the place. All you have to do is go back over the 3000 + pages in this thread to find heaps more, like the town square that was hit on market day.

The Russian AF dropped close to 100 FAB's on Avdiivka within a space of just a few hours the other day. they wouldn't have any major problems bombing, let's say, Kyiv right into dust.
The pitiful excuse for the Russian AF isn't game fly far over the line of contact because they will be blown out of the sky. They wouldn't even get near Kyiv let alone drop any bombs on it.
