they are NOT fluid in this age .....since 1991 when the republic of Ukraine gained it's independance borders have not changed ......and they were the same before that too when Ukraine was part of the USSR - it was still a republic in it's own right with the same borders as now .
This is just your pathetic excuse for russian aggression , russian expansion into neighbouring countries .
