How can you stack the court when there are meant to be 9 and you exercise your right and power to follow the rules and get the SCOTUS you want in

all parties do it and they do it with a bench of 9.

Dems are the ones talking about taking it to 13, 14 or 15,...and ridding the place of the electoral college.

And all the while screaming how the GOP is a "threat to democracy" as they seek to either throw their rival in jail or take him off the ballot so the people are prevented from voting
