No meddling means no crisis, no wars, no government changes, no forced spread of someone's interpretation of democracy etc. Internal conflicts should be resolved internally, or an external party should be approached to assist. In the case of a gross human rights violation, a rapid response international force that all sovereign countries agree on the set up of should be deployed, without ability to be vetoed by any country. Interest of a country affected by a crisis, should be the only element to consider in the situation like that.
