Some passive support from China ....Hungary (hasn't stopped them ratifying Sweden and DFinland into NATO or blocking aid to Ukraine )....Syria .

India have stepped right back and aren't even buying russ oil now .
China* aren't giving weapons and won't ratify annexation .
