spurious figures .....Urals oil price hs risen a bit lately but is currently $74.59 .......your chart looks like getting about $83 /bbl
.....just not happening .....I suspect zerhedge are basing on data supplied from russia

the truth is sanctions are hurting rusisa ....India has largely stopped buying Saudi enforcing the $60/bbl rule etc
