There have been a number of political movements in Russia that cherry pick aspects of Communism and fascism.

Putin as an example is an intollerant, expansionist fascist dictator who sits on top of governance structures with Communist underpinnings. The Constitutions of Putin's so called breakaway republics are copied almost word for word from Stalin's era.

I also describe Trump's cult as communo-fascist. It consists of a dear leader at the top end, a mafia/fascist relationship between the dear leader and oligarchs and a cargo cult styled prolotariate underneath. The proletariat chants far left anti business mantras while pretending to be conservative. Economic policies of the group are socialist / protective rather than market based. Social policies are determined by the Dear Leader's inner circle and mandated by goverment decree.
