Peace negotiations will fail, next year Putin will attack again, or want more ground, he won't stop. If Putin believed in negotiation and diplomacy, he would not have invaded in the first place. You need to understand that 'peace talks' with a madman fail always. The only way to peace is to push the reds out of Ukraine, and build a wall on the Ukraine border, as it existed in 2010.
