Yes, single country vetos on the security council should be removed.

Both USA and Russia are using at the moment to block action into Gaza and Ukraine, both shamefully. Other country's have used in the past as well as these 2, block action on conflicts that deserved UN action. The UN once decided, needs to go through a fast judicial process for legality, then allow the UN call on conventional troops and support from all members to a certain % to enforce (say 10%) for all conflicts occurring excluding the aggressors force of course.

This will not happen though. The members wont yield Veto.
