Whichever way you look at it, it's Russia that's occupying 18% of Ukrainian territory, not the other way around.
I just don't see how this is a "win" for Ukraine. Considering the fact that all their 6-7 month counter-offensive territorial gains have almost been annulled in just under 10 weeks (as per info provided by deepstatemap.live)
