Operations have stopped at an oil refinery in Russia's southern Rostov region after downed drones fell on its territory, according to a local official.
Regional governor Vasily Golubev said on Telegram that the drones fell in the area of the Novoshakhtinsk plant without causing any casualties.
"The technological facilities of the enterprise have been stopped. The consequences are being clarified," he wrote.
