yes ....in context it certainly does
considering :
1. russia started the invasion with 8% already
2. russia has such much much grearter resources
3.Ukraine are maintaining control of the vast majority of their country
4. Ukrainian govt still not deposed by rusisa ...(.democracy still rules in Ukraien as it does not ih russia )
5.russia after 2 years have failed to acheve a single objective

remember the yanks were offering to get Zel out .....Ukraine have overerformed hugely on expectations based on their military assets and russia correspondingly have underperformed hugely ....surely you must admit to that ??????

now .....if you want you can ignore all these things and say russia are winning ....but (IMO) that would be silly

but I also think to just label something as winning or losing anyway....black or white..... is far far too simplistic in this case ....

if russia WERE actually winning putin wouldn't need to keep mentioning nukes
