Man detained over 'plan to blow up Ukrainian railway for Russia'
A man has been detained in Ukraine over an alleged plan to blow up a railway in Kharkiv on behalf of Russia.
The man was a local resident working for Russia's foreign military intelligence agency, Ukraine security service (SBU) said.
He had allegedly planned to use improvised bombs to carry out "a series of explosions". Russia had sent him instructions on how to manufacture the explosives at home, the SBU said.
