It's Free Russian Forces versus Putin loyalists, all Russians fighting in Russia. Your own made up definition is beside the point though.
How do you know it was a Ukrainian shell? Did someone measure it? Did someone record it being loaded and fired?
It wouldn't be the first time Putin loyalists have bombed their own city. Adding to that the civil war going on there right now, what evidence do you have to say it was a Ukrainian shell?
