The losses of the AFU in the special operation zone have exceeded 71,000 men and 11,000 weapons since the beginning of the year. This is almost three times higher than the figures for the same period last year, Shoigu said.

• According to Shoigu, the AFU's losses in attacks on border posts in the Belgorod and Kursk regions over 8 days totalled more than 3.5 thousand people, 790 of whom were irreparable losses.
• The Russian military in the direction of Belgorod has completely cleared the settlement of Kozinka of the remnants of Ukrainian fighters and is continuing measures to prevent the infiltration of Ukrainian saboteurs, the Defence Ministry said in a bulletin.
