    Blowing up Russian refineries prevents Russian crude oil from being refined.

    Less crude oil being refined means more crude oil is available for export because it cannot be refined into fuels, petrochemical, and related products.

    Your assertion about increasing crude oil prices is incorrect.

    The consequences are fuel and refined oil product shortages on the local Russian market.

    The West does not buy much refined oil products from Russia, especially not the US buying automotive fuel from Russia.
