The events from 1999 marked the end of the international law and order and they reduced the UN Charter to nothing more than a roll of a toilet paper. Ukraine is a direct consequence of that unlawful and the UN and the wide international community condemned act by NATO. NATO is the greatest threat to peace in the world.
