"You don't know, after 2 years, that the 'Russian tank running over a civilian car' story was false? It was 'almost certainly' Ukrainian".
Compete rubbish, pretty much every major news source has said it 'unproven' that it was Russian, given both the Ukraine and Russia operate that type of vehicle.
Whilst unproven, what is proven is Russian forces were in Obolon on Feb. 25 and hard to argue on the balance of probabilities that Russian invading forces who were suddenly getting a huge does of copium, were more likely to run over a 'Ukrainian civilian vehicle' then those forces defending the said civilian.
And lets be honest, Russians weren't exactly worrying about Ukrainian civilians when it launched its invasion and continued it (albeit now from a lot further back from where it was on the 25th of February 2022).
