- worked security for drug lord Rashid Dostum, a top CIA proxy.

- later worked for Amrullah Saleh, chief of the NDS, literally the CIA's righthand man in Afghanistan.

You can also add the guy the FSB captured who was Ukrainian.

This was a joint US / Kiev terrorist attack. The guys were never meant to be captured alive - now the cover story is all falling apart, hence the panic in DC and Kiev.
