Putin reduced the burden on a federal budget by getting rid of 10s of thousands of prisoners. Those same prisoners were thrown to the front line, which preserved the lives of the regulars and inflicted a massive loss on the Ukranian side. Quite a clever move. Every time Prigozhin spoke publicly, he was hoping to negotiate a better contract, nothing more nothing less.
You live in denial. The main problem for Ukraine is men not wanting to fight and a complete lack of a military strategy to fight Russia. Who is going to operate those weapons you are talking about?
