    Be real..The CIA does not publish details of its interference in
    other countries' internal affairs.

    Even the US' own LA Times , not what you's call "pro Putin", has published details in the CIA involvement
    in the Ukrainian military and intelligence for as far back as 2015
    according to the article below:
