Your assumption that there is no evidence that Putins aim was to conquer Ukraine is not correct.

There is ample evidence through Putins words and actions, including meddling in Ukrainian affairs over decades to his eventual full invasion, that clearly demonstrate Putins aim was to conquer Ukraine.

The US/EU represented a better system that Ukraine wanted to be a part of, they did not meddle in Ukrainian affairs like Putin did.

Your opinion there was a coup in Ukraine is not correct. There simply was no coup.
