    No, your assumption there is no evidence of deliberate Russian strikes on hospitals and clinics in Ukraine is not correct.

    What other countries used their hospitals for is not relevant to this thread topic nor is it relevant to my point. Please keep the conversation focused on the thread topic.

    Putin was furious at the war crimes charges, that shows he cares.

    Putin has a demonstrated history of attacking hospitals and clinics, this is why highlighting the massive number of strikes on hospitals in Stria by Putin is relevant. Your speculation about the Syrian conflict is not relevant to my point or topic.
