No need to "tend toward the Russian version" because it has no basis in fact and is simply not ture. There was no Urainian involvement in the ISIS attack in Moscow. Not "tending" toward that pro Kremlin conspiracy will save you quite a bit of wasted energy.
Just look at other recent lies from pro Kremlin propaganda such as their claim of 65 POWs on a Il-76 flight that went down in Russia, or 300 Nato generals being killed in a bunker strike in Ukraine, obvious fake pro Kremlin propaganda. These examples give you a clear idea of the dishonesty of pro Kremlin propaanda.
