Refineries refine oil which is then exported. Attacks on the refineries forces Russia to cut the amount of oil they are refining, which leads to less oil on the world market. Less oil means higher prices, which benefits Russia and it probably compensates for the drop in export numbers due to a drop in refining capacity.
