Considering Zelensky was elected in actual free and fair elections, you can safely say he’s representing the interests of Ukrainians.
Putin on the other hand, an unelected fascist dictator, is not serving Russians interests by launching an idiot war against Ukraine that’s resulting in the destruction of the Russian economy, parts of Russia itself and (least of all concern for Putin) Russians themselves by their hundreds of thousands.
Anytime Putin wants his war to end he can simply stop attacking Ukraine and leave.
