Answer:

1. Ukraine has massively higher casualty rate than Russia that is continuing.

2. NATO is running out of munitions and soldiers while Russia is still massively increasing both.

3. Given 1 and 2 the Ukraine front line is in danger of total collapse.

4. NATO has proven an untrustworthy negotiator for Russia.

5. Therefore Russia would have to be batshit crazy to vacate SE Ukraine (not Crimea) , the 2 Georgian Oblasts & Transinistra.
