If you don't want to answer the question on whether you believe the civilians in Mariupol re the atrocities carried out by the Azov battalion then just say so, it's not a major issue.
That fellow tangs said they shouldn't be believed because they're ethnic Russians, but then claims at the ICC all eyewitness accounts are counted as evidence.
