You mean Ukrainians? That are being pulled off the streets by force? Sometimes fighting the army recruiters? There's video evidence of that happening from all over Ukraine.

On the flipside, the Russian MOD reported an uptick in contract recruitments after the Crocus City Hall attack. Plenty of people volunteering. You won't see many (if any) videos of Russian army recruiters dragging people forcefully off the streets.

"...We've had several governemnts already complain formally to russia about these things..."
That's all political games. Obviously the governments are distancing themselves away from the actions of their citizens, who volunteered and signed contracts with the Russian army. I really doubt that the Russian military would be forcing foreigners into the army. If they are short on men, the most logical choice is to start coercing your own population first (like what's happening in Ukraine). There's no evidence of this "coercion".

Think logically. You've forced 10-20-30 Cubans, Nigerians, Nepalese, Indians to sign a contract. They don't speak English. They don't speak Russian. What do you do with them then? Put them through a language school, so then they can actually understand what their Russian commander is ordering them to do? Guarding them day and night, so none of them escape (they've been forced to join, right?).

It's a whole other story if we're talking hundreds. But then, are you saying that the Russian MOD is coercing HUNDREDS of foreign nationals to sign contracts? Sounds like too much effort.

Or do you find a Spanish/Nepali/Indian -speaking unit-commander? Why go through that inconvenience? Why risk diplomatic shenanighans, when you can simply coerce your own population in a similar manner without too much repercussions?
