What is attrocious is Putin being warned by both the US and Iran and doing nothing to prevent an attacke despite being told the actual location.
That is a complete failure by the fascist dictator of Russia to take basic steps to protect ordinary Russians from his poor leadership and ego.
A decent leader would have kept security on high alert for more than 48hrs after such a specific warning. Complete failure by Putin that lead to the deaths of hundreds of Russians in a terror attack. Shameful.
