You are not God, mate... How do you know what Russia would accept or not accept?
The proper way to find out is: (a) Ceasefire (b) Negotiations to clearly qualify what both parties would accept . including the proposition that if Russia agreed to vacate the Ukraine . (except Crimea) would the Ukraine then inter into an enforceable . agreement (not wishy-washy like Minsk 2) not to join NATO and the EU.
