Problem is Russia got nothing to offer to the world other than war. Since the birth of Russia in 1535, they have being doing just what Ivan the terrible preached at the start: Conquer and kill. Peter the Great gave them a new dimension in western civililisation resulting in few great musicians, scientists, poets and writers but they always stuck to what Mongol's gave them on a platter and adopted by their first emperor, Conquer and Kill. You just have to watch the gloating of DUMA on Russian TV if you aren't sure. Historians, Professors, Generals, Propagandists they all come there and say the same thing :Conquer,destroy and Kill.
