So russians not involved in the war in southern russia living peacefully near a river are scum now??! Which Russians aren't scum, ethnic russians living all across Ukraine arent scum are they? Are the Free "Russian" Army scum too? what makes these russian people scum - at least 20% of them didnt vote for putin but they are all scum right? I'm confused. Looks like russiaphobia at play here. Civilians got flooded, they are non combatants I dont think they are scum.
